Via Dolorosa

[00:36.27] Down the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem that day

[00:43.52] The soldiers tried to clear the narrow street

[00:51.28] But the crowd pressed in to see

[00:55.53] The man condemned to die on Calvary

[01:07.79] He was bleeding from a beating, there were stripes upon His back

[01:15.29] And He wore a crown of thorns upon His head

[01:22.29] And He bore with every step

[01:26.30] The scorn of those who cried out for His death

[01:32.55] Down the Via Dolorosa called the way of suffering

[01:40.05] Like a lamb came the Messiah, Christ the King

[01:46.55] But He chose to walk that road out of

[01:50.31] His love for you and me

[01:58.31] Down the Via Dolorosa, all the way to Calvary

[03:23.86] The blood that would cleanse the souls of all men

[03:31.36] Made its way to the heart of Jerusalem

[03:44.12] Down the Via Dolorosa called the way of suffering

[03:51.62] Like a lamb came the Messiah, Christ the King

[03:58.12] But He chose to walk that road out of His love for you and me

[04:10.38] Down the Via Dolorosa, all the way to Calvary
