Voice of Truth

[00:24.97] Oh what I would do to have

[00:27.73] The kind of faith it takes

[00:29.49] To climb out of this boat I'm in

[00:33.50] Onto the crashing waves

[00:36.01] To step out of my comfort zone

[00:39.51] Into the realm of the unknown where Jesus is

[00:45.03] And He's holding out His hand

[00:48.28] But the waves are calling out my name

[00:50.79] And they laugh at me

[00:54.05] Reminding me of all the times

[00:56.55] I've tried before and failed

[00:59.32] The waves they keep on telling me

[01:03.08] Time and time again. "Boy, you'll never win!"

[01:08.60] "You'll never win!"

[01:12.86] But the voice of truth tells me a different story

[01:19.13] The voice of truth says, "Do not be afraid!"

[01:24.64] The voice of truth says, "This is for My glory"

[01:30.66] Out of all the voices calling out to me

[01:37.17] I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

[01:52.96] Oh what I would do to have

[01:55.47] The kind of strength it takes to stand before a giant

[02:01.24] With just a sling and a stone

[02:04.50] Surrounded by the sound of a thousand warriors

[02:08.75] Shaking in their armor

[02:12.77] Wishing they'd have had the strength to stand

[02:16.03] But the giant's calling out my name

[02:19.03] And he laughs at me

[02:22.04] Reminding me of all the times

[02:24.80] I've tried before and failed

[02:28.05] The giant keeps on telling me

[02:30.82] Time and time again. "Boy you'll never win!"

[02:36.57] "You'll never win!"

[03:10.69] But the stone was just the right size

[03:12.44] To put the giant on the ground

[03:16.45] And the waves they don't seem so high

[03:18.95] From on top of them lookin' down

[03:21.96] I will soar with the wings of eagles

[03:25.22] When I stop and listen to the sound of Jesus

[03:29.73] Singing over me

[04:04.83] I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth
