Over Thinker
[00:19.05] A person who thinks all the time
[00:22.84] Has nothing to think about except thoughts
[00:23.84] So, he loses touch with reality
[00:26.35] And lives in a world of illusions
[00:29.10] By thoughts, I mean specifically, chatter in the skull
[00:35.12] Perpetual and compulsive repetition of words
[00:39.38] Of reckoning and calculating
[00:44.44] I'm not saying that thinking is bad
[00:48.25] Like everything else, It's useful in moderation
[00:51.76] A good servant, but a bad master
[00:55.81] And all so-called civilized peoples
[01:00.83] Have increasingly become crazy and self-destructive
[01:03.09] Because, through excessive thinking
[01:06.84] They have lost touch with reality
[01:09.15] That's to say
[01:10.70] We confuse signs
[01:14.74] With the real world
[01:35.11] This is the beginning of meditation
[02:05.34] Most of us would have
[02:07.59] Rather money than tangible wealth
[02:11.61] And a great occasion is somehow spoiled for us unless photographed
[02:17.16] And to read about it the next day in the newspaper
[02:20.66] Is oddly more fun for us than the original event
[02:28.24] This is a disaster
[02:30.74] For as a result of confusing the real world of nature with mere signs
[02:36.77] We are destroying nature
[02:39.52] We are so tied up in our minds that we've lost our senses
[02:45.53] Time to wake up
[02:49.79] What is reality?
[02:52.54] Obviously no one can say
[02:55.30] Because it isn't words
[02:58.56] It isn't material, that's just an idea
[03:07.13] Reality is
[03:27.71] The point cannot be explained in words
[03:55.29] I'm not trying to put you down
[03:59.55] It's an expression of you as you are
[04:03.05] One must live
[04:06.10] We need to survive, to go on
[04:08.61] We must go on
