My Soul Will Wait (Psalm 62)

[00:18.42] When the enemy surrounds

[00:22.43] And my heart grows faint within

[00:26.97] When the darkness overwhelms

[00:31.23] And my fears are pressing in

[00:36.00] I will trust in You, O Lord

[00:40.27] In the silence I will wait

[00:44.54] I will stand upon Your Word

[00:49.31] You're my solid rock and my salvation

[00:53.57] My steadfast hope that won't be shaken

[00:57.84] My soul will wait, my soul will wait for You

[01:06.63] You're my stronghold and my shield

[01:10.90] In the midst of every threat

[01:15.16] Though the wicked never yield

[01:19.68] They will vanish like a breath

[01:23.95] Yes, I know the outcome's sure

[01:28.46] Satan's evil plans will fail

[01:32.72] In Your power I'm secure

[01:38.25] You're my solid rock and my salvation

[01:41.76] My steadfast hope that won't be shaken

[01:46.29] My soul will wait, my soul will wait for You

[01:54.58] You're my comfort when I feel forsaken

[01:59.61] My refuge and my sure foundation

[02:03.89] My soul will wait, my soul will wait for You

[02:12.68] This is love I can't explain

[02:16.96] This is mercy unreserved

[02:21.23] Through Your sacrifice so great

[02:25.50] I have peace that's undeserved

[02:30.03] For the battle has been won

[02:34.30] And I fear no shame or loss

[02:38.57] Now the sting of death is gone

[02:43.60] You're my solid rock and my salvation

[02:47.63] My steadfast hope that won't be shaken

[02:52.15] My soul will wait, my soul will wait for You

[03:00.94] You're my comfort when I feel forsaken

[03:05.21] My refuge and my sure foundation

[03:09.98] My soul will wait, my soul will wait for You

[03:23.29] Oh, we wait

[03:32.07] Pouring out our hearts before You

[03:41.35] We will trust in You

[03:49.89] Perfect Savior, strong defender

[03:58.43] We will trust in You

[04:07.73] Pouring out our hearts before You

[04:17.03] We will trust in You

[04:25.58] Perfect Savior, strong defender

[04:34.88] We will trust in You
