Hymn of Yishui
[00:03.91] She was her sword, her shield against the mightiest of enemies. Baring her fangs against the empress's foes, she willingly became her weapon to protect her from all harm that may befall on her. This would be her oath, one she willingly sworn after she had saved her life. Alive, she would be her shadow; dead, she would die bringing down all her enemies along with her to the depths of hell. She, with a mind like steel and a will of iron, was a sight to behold. She, who had long since prepared herself to perish under the cold touch of iron against her throat while protecting her beloved empress, had never imagined there would be a day she had to hold her dead body in her arms, crying silently in despair. The one person she had hold in her heart, the only person she had sworn her loyalty to, had died in a pool of blood after an assassination. In grief, only hatred kept her going. She bloomed like a lotus as she disguised herself in the palace to gather information about the identity of the killer. Her presence captivated all who saw her, yet none was able to capture her heart. For her heart was long gone, given to the beautiful woman who had a smile as warm as the sun itself when they had first met each other. All that was left with her was the knife she had given her, the only thing left that she treasured more than her own life. The day she finally took her revenge would be the day she would reunite with her majesty, the lady who had lighted up the darkness in her life.
[03:50.75] I wonder if you would still smile at me when I see you again?
[04:04.56] To live, you can not forget
[04:16.52] To die, everything is empty.
