Steve
[00:00.39] I know the Bible isn't perfect
[00:02.64] 'Cause it left one person out
[00:04.89] There was Adam, there was Eve
[00:06.64] And there was someone else around
[00:08.88] Yeah I think his name was Steve
[00:11.92] And he was passing through town
[00:17.38] When he heard a snake whispering
[00:19.64] To Adam in the garden
[00:22.14] "Take the fruit, it's good for you"
[00:23.88] Steve said "I beg your pardon
[00:25.89] I know it's not my business
[00:28.68] But will you just hear me out"
[00:34.39] He said "I wouldn't lie
[00:36.64] You should not go to that tree
[00:38.90] The serpent knows the apple grows
[00:41.13] From a forbidden seed
[00:42.89] Oh, you want what you can't have
[00:44.90] But you've got all the things you need"
[00:47.39] There was Adam, there was Eve and there was Steve
[00:51.64] He said "Adam, don't be a fooled by the snake
[00:58.63] Don't risk it all for a taste"
[01:00.89] Oh what a waste
[01:03.89] To have everything and give it all away
[01:08.92] Adam looked around and as he wrestled with his fate
[01:12.93] Steve and Eve rolled up their sleeves
[01:15.15] To wrestle with that snake
[01:17.14] In the midst of all the chaos
[01:19.62] Steve was still screaming out
[01:25.15] He said "I wouldn't lie
[01:27.64] You should not go to that tree
[01:29.89] The serpent knows the apple grows
[01:32.14] From a forbidden seed
[01:33.64] Oh, you want what you can't have
[01:35.89] But you've got all the things you need"
[01:38.38] There was Adam, there was Eve, and there was Steve
[01:42.64] He said "Adam, don't be a fooled by the snake
[01:49.14] Don't risk it all for a taste"
[01:51.64] Oh what a waste
[01:54.89] To have everything and give it all away
[01:59.92] Sometimes I feel like Adam
[02:01.64] 'Cause I've got more than I need
[02:03.89] But even when I have it all
[02:06.14] I want what's out of reach
[02:07.65] Maybe I should learn my lesson
[02:10.64] Like Steve was talking to me
[02:16.65] He said "I wouldn't lie
[02:18.64] You should not go to that tree
[02:20.64] The serpent knows the apple grows
[02:23.66] From a forbidden seed
[02:24.64] Oh you want what you can't have
[02:26.65] But you've got all the things you need"
[02:29.14] There was Adam, there was Eve, and there was Steve
[02:33.64] He said "Adam, don't be a fooled by the snake
[02:40.39] Don't risk it all for a taste"
[02:42.63] Oh what a waste
[02:45.88] To have everything and give it all away
