Stepping In The Light Congregational

[00:13.00] Trying to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[00:17.51] Trying to follow our Saviour and King;

[00:21.77] Shaping our lives by His blessed example,

[00:26.02] Happy, how happy, the songs that we bring.

[00:30.80] How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[00:35.85] Stepping in the light, stepping in the light;

[00:39.57] How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[00:44.35] Led in paths of light!

[00:48.60] Pressing more closely to Him who is leading,

[00:52.85] When we are tempted to turn from the way;

[00:57.10] Trusting the arm that is strong to defend us,

[01:01.35] Happy, how happy, our praises each day.

[01:06.13] How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[01:10.91] Stepping in the light, stepping in the light;

[01:14.90] How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[01:19.68] Led in paths of light!

[01:23.93] Walking in footsteps of gentle forbearance,

[01:28.18] Footsteps of faithfulness, mercy and love;

[01:32.43] Looking to Him for the grace freely promised,

[01:36.68] Happy, how happy, our journey above!

[01:41.72] How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[01:46.50] Stepping in the light, stepping in the light;

[01:50.23] How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[01:55.00] Led in paths of light!

[01:59.26] Trying to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[02:03.77] Upward, still upward, we'll follow our Guide;

[02:08.02] When we shall see Him, “the King in His beauty,”

[02:12.27] Happy, how happy, our place at His side!

[02:17.05] How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[02:22.10] Stepping in the light, stepping in the light;

[02:25.82] How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,

[02:30.60] Led in paths of light!

[02:36.97] AMEN!
