Biggering (Original Demo)

[00:09.53] At first I didn't realize I needed all this stuff

[00:18.30] I had a little cottage and that cottage was enough

[00:27.07] A place where I could sit and knit

[00:31.32] A place where I could sell my thneeds

[00:35.83] But now I've had a little time to reassess my needs

[00:41.94] And I need a bigger office, I need a bigger chair

[00:52.03] A bigger desk, a bigger staff

[00:57.63] A bigger hat to wear

[01:00.28] Because I'm biggering (yes, biggering)

[01:04.27] I'm figgering on biggering

[01:09.58] And biggering is triggering more biggering

[01:22.86] Hey, listen up, meathead

[01:25.25] I'm gonna say this once, and I'm not gonna repeat it

[01:30.03] Greed, see, it's like a little pet, alright?

[01:34.28] And the more and more and more that you go and feed it

[01:38.54] The more hungry it'll get

[01:42.52] But you know, you really can't blame greed

[01:46.24] No, that's stupid

[01:48.10] You see, it's gotta worm inside

[01:50.22] Oh yeah, that's right

[01:52.08] It's one that always needs to feed and it is never satisfied

[01:58.19] You get it?

[01:59.78] But the more you try to find it

[02:03.24] The more it likes to hide

[02:06.69] Now listen, that is a nasty, little worm

[02:11.21] And I like to call it pride

[02:14.93] See, now that's why you're biggering!

[02:18.64] Listen here, idiot

[02:20.50] And figgering on biggering

[02:25.02] But that biggering's just triggering more biggering

[02:31.93] Got that? Alright

[03:03.54] There is a principle of nature that most every creature knows

[03:10.18] It's called survival of the fittest and this is how it goes

[03:16.55] The animal that wins has got to claw and kick and punch

[03:23.19] The animal that doesn't winds up someone else's lunch

[03:28.24] A company's an animal (animal)

[03:31.42] That's trying to survive (survive, oh)

[03:35.67] It's struggling and fighting (fighting)

[03:38.60] Just to keep itself alive (keep itself alive)

[03:42.05] I must keep biggering

[03:44.97] I'm figgering on biggering

[03:48.69] Though biggering is triggering more biggering

[03:54.54] I won't stop biggering

[03:58.25] I'm figgering on biggering

[04:02.51] And biggering is triggering more biggering

[04:08.88] With the customers all buying

[04:10.21] And the money multiplying

[04:11.81] And the PR people lying

[04:13.66] And the lawyers all denying

[04:16.05] Who cares if some things are dying?

[04:23.22] I don't wanna hear your crying

[04:29.86] This is all so gratifying
