Biggering (Original Demo)

[00:09.54] At first I didn't realize I needed all this stuff

[00:18.31] I had a little cottage and that cottage was enough

[00:27.07] A place where I could sit and knit

[00:31.32] A place where I could sell my thneeds

[00:35.84] But now I've had a little time to reassess my needs

[00:41.95] And I need a bigger office, I need a bigger chair

[00:52.04] A bigger desk, a bigger staff

[00:57.62] A bigger hat to wear

[01:00.28] Because I'm biggering (yes, biggering)

[01:04.26] I'm figgering on biggering

[01:09.57] And biggering is triggering more biggering

[01:22.86] Hey, listen up, meathead

[01:25.17] I'm gonna say this once, and I'm not gonna repeat it

[01:29.95] Greed, see, it's like a little pet, alright?

[01:34.47] And the more and more and more that you go and feed it

[01:38.72] The more hungry it'll get

[01:42.43] But you know, you really can't blame greed

[01:46.42] No, that's stupid

[01:48.01] You see, it's gotta worm inside

[01:50.14] Oh yeah, that's right

[01:52.26] It's one that always needs to feed and it is never satisfied

[01:58.11] You get it?

[01:59.70] But the more you try to find it

[02:03.42] The more it likes to hide

[02:06.87] Now listen, that is a nasty, little worm

[02:11.13] And I like to call it pride

[02:15.11] See, now that's why you're biggering!

[02:18.82] Listen here, idiot

[02:20.69] And figgering on biggering

[02:25.20] But that biggering's just triggering more biggering

[02:32.10] Got that? Alright

[03:03.45] There is a principle of nature that most every creature knows

[03:10.09] It's called survival of the fittest and this is how it goes

[03:16.47] The animal that wins has got to claw and kick and punch

[03:23.11] The animal that doesn't winds up someone else's lunch

[03:28.15] A company's an animal (animal)

[03:31.61] That's trying to survive (survive, oh)

[03:35.59] It's struggling and fighting (fighting)

[03:38.78] Just to keep itself alive (keep itself alive)

[03:41.97] I must keep biggering

[03:44.89] I'm figgering on biggering

[03:48.61] Though biggering is triggering more biggering

[03:54.45] I won't stop biggering

[03:58.17] I'm figgering on biggering

[04:02.42] And biggering is triggering more biggering

[04:08.79] With the customers all buying

[04:10.39] And the money multiplying

[04:11.98] And the PR people lying

[04:13.57] And the lawyers all denying

[04:16.23] Who cares if some things are dying?

[04:23.14] I don't wanna hear your crying

[04:29.78] This is all so gratifying
