[00:33.12] I worked for this company dedicated to providing recruitment services for other businesses for a year and a half. In the role of an administrative assistant and treasury analyst, I handled various tasks such as clerical duties, scheduling business travels, managing payments and expenses for offices around the country, and establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
[00:58.09] As a treasury analyst, my focus was on processing payments through bank platforms, creating checks for suppliers, reviewing invoices, and generating necessary reports as required by my manager.

[01:13.50] I decided to establish my own consultancy and training business in 2017 as a consultant and trainer. My primary role involved applying organizational diagnostics for small companies, identifying root problems, and designing and implementing effective solutions. I actively participated in various projects, collaborating with both my initiatives and those of my colleagues.
[01:40.59] This journey led me to become a certified trainer-consultant with accreditations from SEP and CONOCER. I gained valuable skills in work plan development, meeting deadlines, marketing, accounting, and training.

[02:21.25] I ride a bus for one hour every day that I must come to the site. I prefer to take the bus because I don´t have any train station near to my house. I live near to Jalisco stadium.

[02:37.46] I am committed to staying updated with my skills. Currently, I am enrolled in an Excel preparation course to obtain certification from Microsoft. My proficiency includes using functions such as vlookup, xlookup, filter, if, dynamic tables, MID (extract), len (length), power query, and power pivot. Additionally, I am in the process of learning Power BI and SQL.

[03:10.41] My approach to managing stress involves maintaining a strong mindset. In stressful situations, I strive to remain composed, analyze the problem, and take action if within my control. I am a quiet and friendly person who enjoys engaging in conversations.
