2 Days Into College

[00:00.44] I'm two days into college and I'm three lectures behind

[00:03.91] There's this guy, let's name him Colin

[00:05.93] He says he wants to be mine

[00:07.72] But it doesn't really sit with me quite right

[00:09.69] Cause he doesn't really like the things I like

[00:11.68] And I keep accidentally locking myself out of my dorm in the middle of the night

[00:15.46] I wake up kinda wired and I wake up kinda cold

[00:18.68] And I wake up kinda tired but I'll just sleep in when I'm old

[00:22.48] See I don't like breaking rules but don't like doing as I'm told

[00:25.93] So I just float around and keep my head down

[00:28.48] And hope my life unfolds

[00:30.44] And everybody's telling me that I'm doing so well

[00:33.95] I try to trust them, honestly, I find it hard to tell

[00:37.43] If I need work or I need rest

[00:38.94] I try my best to try my best

[00:41.43] I tell myself, I say out loud

[00:43.42] It's fine, I'll figure it all out

[00:46.40] I tend to forget, I'm still only quite young

[00:50.70] In a way, this life of mine has only just begun

[01:03.41] I'm two days into college with a busy, busy mind

[01:06.94] That guy that we named Colin, he's so handsome, he's so kind

[01:10.17] My friends tell me I'm crazy, say I'll take it way too far

[01:13.73] Cause I told him that it's over cause he doesn't play guitar

[01:17.42] I'm only two days into college and my bedroom is a mess

[01:21.15] There's just so much that I want to do that I have not done yet

[01:24.41] There's just so much that I want to say and far too little breath

[01:28.69] Oh my mind, it runs so far away, it's easy to forget

[01:32.68] That to everybody else it looks like I'm doing so well

[01:36.22] I try to see it, honestly, I find it hard to tell
