Leaving Yesterday Behind

[00:08.70] Since you left me, I never really tried

[00:19.95] To put my life to where it should belong

[00:26.95] And I've always let the past gone by

[00:33.45] I'm realizing that it could be wrong

[00:38.95] Refrain:

[00:40.45] But now I fin'lly knew

[00:43.71] I had to let it go

[00:46.70] To make way for a brighter tomorrow

[00:49.46] Chorus:

[00:52.95] So now I'm leavin' yesterday behind

[00:57.71] And fin'lly I've made up my mind

[01:01.21] So let the mem'ries stay away

[01:04.19] And think about today

[01:07.42] I'm leavin' yesterday behind

[01:11.20] 'Cause now I'll try to live my life once more

[01:13.21] The way I did before

[01:24.96] Since I know that I never will forget

[01:30.45] The memories that made my yesterday

[01:36.47] I will try not to let it interfere

[01:43.43] The choices I will make along the way

[01:48.42] Refrain:

[01:50.43] 'Cause I'm not livin' in a world of fantasy

[01:57.21] I'm here now in the world of reality

[02:00.71] Chorus:

[02:03.46] So now I'm leavin' yesterday behind

[02:08.46] And fin'lly I've made up my mind

[02:11.95] So let the mem'ries stay away

[02:14.95] And think about today

[02:17.95] I'm leavin' yesterday behind

[02:21.45] 'Cause now I'll try to live my life once more

[02:25.70] The way I did before

[02:32.20] So now I'm leavin' yesterday behind

[02:35.21] And fin'lly I've made up my mind

[02:38.20] So let the mem'ries stay away

[02:41.71] And think about today

[02:47.45] I'm leavin' yesterday behind

[02:48.45] 'Cause now I'll try to live my life once more

[02:53.71] Just the way I did before
