Sasha Alex Sloan - Kids (Official Video)

[00:01.03] I remember when your dad got sick

[00:05.02] Wasn't a mountain that you wouldn't move

[00:10.89] You gave everything you had to give

[00:16.75] 'Cause you knew you had everything to lose

[00:23.39] One day, I'll take care of you like you took care of him

[00:30.30] I'll drive you to the mall, I'll stock your bar with gin

[00:35.87] I'll love you through the lows just like you always did

[00:41.45] One day, before we know it, parents become the kids

[00:48.62] I remember when I couldn't sleep

[00:53.67] You were always there by my side

[00:59.52] And if someone ever broke my heart

[01:05.09] You would dry all of the tears that I cried

[01:11.47] And one day, I'll take care of you like you took care of me

[01:18.40] I'll drive you to the mall, I'll buy your groceries

[01:24.22] I'll love you through the lows just like you always did

[01:30.32] One day, before we know it, parents become the kids

[01:46.01] And it might never happen

[01:51.59] But if I ever have them

[01:55.57] I hope that someday they'll take care of me like I'll take care of them

[02:03.55] They'll drive me to the mall, they'll be there in the end

[02:09.66] They'll love me through the lows just like you always did

[02:15.76] One day, before we know it, there ain't much life to live

[02:21.07] One day, before we know it, parents become the kids

[02:37.54] And one day, I'll take care of you like you took care of me
