Making a Change
[00:08.36] 1. Been thinking it over—
[00:11.62] Each day it seems
[00:15.37] My serving Jehovah
[00:18.89] Falls into the same routine.
[00:23.37] The things that I’m doing now I’ve always done.
[00:29.12] So it’s clear that I need to break out—
[00:33.14] Out of my comfort zone.
[00:35.39] (CHORUS)
[00:36.38] Now I’m making a change starting from today.
[00:40.14] I’m turning a page, yes, I’m on my way.
[00:43.89] Jehovah, I see what I need to do.
[00:47.65] I’m changing direction and trusting in you.
[01:08.12] 2. It’s gonna take courage,
[01:11.64] But now I see
[01:15.40] How changing my thinking
[01:19.11] Renews and refreshes me.
[01:23.14] I’m trying some new things, and I’m energized.
[01:29.37] There were doors that were opening wide,
[01:32.64] But I never realized.
[01:35.88] (CHORUS)
[01:36.13] So I’m making a change, and I’m on my way.
[01:39.87] I’m turning a page each and ev’ry day.
[01:43.85] Jehovah, I see what I need to do.
[01:47.36] I’m changing direction and trusting in you.
[01:55.37] (BRIDGE)
[02:08.14] Back then, I remember when
[02:11.14] It seemed it wouldn’t happen.
[02:15.39] Some days, well, I have to say,
[02:17.63] I didn’t know why.
[02:23.13] But now I can see just how
[02:26.15] My boldness led to blessings.
[02:30.39] I’m sure there’ll be many more
[02:33.37] As time goes rolling by.
[02:35.63] (CHORUS)
[02:38.12] Now I’m turning a page each and ev’ry day.
[02:42.39] I’m making some changes along the way.
[02:46.14] Jehovah, I saw what I had to do,
[02:49.88] And you gave me your blessing for trusting in you.
[02:57.64] (CHORUS)
[03:01.65] So I’m making a change starting from today.
[03:04.90] I’m turning a page, yes, I’m on my way.
[03:08.64] Jehovah, I see what I need to do.
[03:12.63] I’m changing direction.
[03:15.36] (CHORUS)
[03:16.37] So I’m making a change, and I’m on my way.
[03:19.87] I’m turning a page each and ev’ry day.
[03:24.62] Jehovah, I see what I need to do.
[03:27.64] I’m changing direction and trusting in you—
[03:31.64] Trusting in you.
