Chanting the Heart Sutra (English) The Supreme Mantra Which Is Able To Relieve All Suffering.
[00:16.83] The Maha Prajna Paramita Hrdaya Sutra
[00:52.83] Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva
[01:00.07] when practicing deeply the Prajna Paramita
[01:08.09] perceives that all five skandhas are empty
[01:14.10] and is saved from all suffering and distress.
[01:20.33] Shariputra, form does not differ from emptiness, emptiness does not differ from form.
[01:33.59] That which is form is emptiness, that which is emptiness form.
[01:42.57] The same is true of feelings, perceptions, impulses, consciousness.
[01:52.09] Shariputra, all dharmas are marked with emptiness; they do not appear or disappear, are not tainted or pure, do not increase or decrease.
[02:12.83] Therefore, in emptiness no form, no feelings, perceptions, impulses, consciousness.
[02:24.62] No eyes, no ears, no nose, no tongue, no body, no mind;
[02:32.33] no color, no sound, no smell, no taste, no touch, no object of mind;
[02:41.87] no realm of eyes and so forth until no realm of mind consciousness.
[02:51.07] No ignorance and also no extinction of it,
[02:58.82] and so forth until no old age and death and also no extinction of them.
[03:09.85] No suffering, no origination, no stopping, no path, no cognition, also no attainment with nothing to attain.
[03:27.58] The Bodhisattva depends on Prajna Paramita and the mind is no hindrance;
[03:39.81] without any hindrance no fears exist.
[03:45.83] Far apart from every perverted view one dwells in Nirvana.
[03:55.33] In the three worlds all Buddhas depend on Prajna Paramita and attain Anuttara Samyak Sambodhi.
[04:11.83] Therefore know that Prajna Paramita is the great transcendent mantra,
[04:22.08] is the great bright mantra,
[04:25.84] is the utmost mantra,
[04:29.08] is the supreme mantra which is able to relieve all suffering and is true, not false.
[04:41.56] So proclaim the Prajna Paramita mantra, proclaim the mantra which says:
[04:52.84] gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha
[05:02.08] gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha
[05:11.09] gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha.
