[00:00.39] Todd: OK. Tim, we're going to talk about running.
[00:02.14] Tim: OK.
[00:02.64] Todd: Now, we've been running the last couple of nights.
[00:04.14] Tim: Yeah, that's true.
[00:05.14] Todd: And, you're much faster than me. You're a fast runner. How often do you run?
[00:09.64] Tim: Well, now I only run about four days a week but when I was younger every day.
[00:16.14] Todd: Oh, really? Wow! Did you run in high school or college?
[00:19.14] Tim: I ran.. I started when I was six years old.
[00:21.63] Todd: No kidding?
[00:22.38] Tim: And I started running and I ran all the way through the university.
[00:26.13] Todd: Really?
[00:26.88] Tim: Yeah.
[00:27.38] Todd: OK. So what events did you do?
[00:28.63] Tim: Middle distance. The middle distance is 1,500 meters to 5,000 meters.
[00:35.13] Todd: Wow! Are you a better short-distance runner or long-distance runner?
[00:38.38] Tim: Middle distance runner.
[00:39.63] Todd: Middle distance. OK, how far is a middle distance?
[00:43.13] Tim: Oh.. 1,500 meters, about.
[00:44.13] Todd: 1,500.
[00:44.63] Tim: Yeah.
[00:45.38] Todd: OK! What's your fastest time in the 1,500 meters?
[00:47.38] Tim: Ah, 3.... about 3:47.
[00:50.63] Todd: Three minutes and forty-seven seconds.
[00:51.88] Tim: Yeah.
[00:52.63] Todd: That's pretty fast.
[00:53.88] Tim: Yeah. I did that in high school actually. I wasn't so fast in the university.
[00:56.63] Todd: Oh wow, man you can fly!
[00:58.63] Tim: Yeah.
[00:59.13] Todd: Now I don't feel so bad when you run so much faster than me.
[01:02.38] Tim: I've been slowing down. I've been drinking beer so I don't run so fast anymore.
[01:05.13] Todd: Yeah, we're getting older. Actually, I'm 33. How old are you?
[01:09.13] Tim: I'm 27.
[01:10.13] Todd: 27. Oh, OK. So, do you think you'll be running your whole life?
[01:13.38] Tim: I think so, yeah. I grew up running in the woods, every day in the woods and so I really want to get back to running in the woods every day. I think it is really healthy thing to do.
[01:22.88] Todd: Yeah. That's nice. OK. Thanks a lot, Tim.
