[00:03.14] Todd: OK. I'm back here with Kanade.

[00:04.64] Kanade: Yes.

[00:05.39] Todd: So Kanade, why don't you talk about where you're from.

[00:08.64] Kanade: OK. I'm from Akita, which is Northern Japan. And there is a lot of mountains and you can see changing color in the fall and in my home Yashima town, there are only six thousand people in there and there is a waterfall called "Hotonedake", which is the best one hundred fall in Japan.

[00:38.64] Todd: Wow! That's cool.

[00:40.39] Kanade: Yeah, Cool!

[00:41.14] Todd: So you've seen it?

[00:42.39] Kanade: Yes!

[00:42.89] Todd: So how high is this amazing waterfall?

[00:45.89] Kanade: Uh, I don't really know. It's really big.

[00:50.14] Todd: Really. So is it famous because it's really tall or causes it's really wide?

[00:53.89] Kanade: Could be both.

[00:55.64] Todd: Oh really, that's a big waterfall. OK. When is the last time you went home?

[01:00.89] Kanade: Last week.

[01:01.89] Todd: Uh-huh. Really? Both you're parents still live there?

[01:05.39] Kanade: Yes.

[01:05.89] Todd: OK. And were your parents born there?

[01:09.39] Kanade: Yes, but different town. My father is from Yashima, the same hometown, the same home as my home, but my mom is from Nigaho, the next town from Yashima.

[01:22.64] Todd: Oh, OK. Do you have a lot of childhood memories?

[01:24.64] Kanade: Yes. Actually but my dad was really busy, so my mom took me. Took me many, many places...as a child.

[01:38.89] Todd: Oh, that's sweet. Well, you're a good daughter.

[01:40.39] Kanade: I think so. Yeah.

[01:43.64] Todd: OK. Thanks a lot.
